The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we had to go to the Great Ormond Street hospital early in the morning. we appreciated the option of having breakfast in our room. the cost seemed a bit high considering we only wanted cereal and toast.
The room temperature was freezing and despite informing reception, the heating never came on. The shower in our room was poorly fitted, causing water to constantly drip outside the bath area.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel near the Russel Square tube station and was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and comfort it offered. Here, I found top-notch services, including room service, dry cleaning, and laundry, all of which provided additional convenience to my stay. Additionally, the terrace and rollaway beds, in-room safe and well-stocked mini-bar made my stay even more comfortable. The staff was attentive and helpful with tours/ticket assistance, while a hospitality drink and soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful stay.
I stayed in one of the rooms and did not find it to my liking, but I can recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious stay with good service and amenities.

The Reception Team gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. The modern layout of the hotel and cleanliness were impressive. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of choices, catering to everyone's preferences.

We loved the location! It's just a short walk from the tube station and the Brunswick Centre mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. There is also easy access to Central York attractions. The room is cozy and comfortable with nice air conditioning. The breakfast is great, especially the English breakfast, and the coffee is spot on.
The cleanliness of some of the staff was not up to par with handling utensils, cups and plates.
